Visit the battlefields of the 'forgotten' front of the Western front. Tours can be tailored to your specific wishes, from specific nationalities to specific interests.

Visit the village of Fromelles with its wonderful Australian Memorial Park 'Cobbers', VC Corner Cemetery and the newest CWGC cemetery on the Great War, designed after finding a mass grave in 2008. At Neuve Chapelle you can see the Indian Memorial, a Portuguese military cemetery and the battlefield of the first British offensive action of the war. Loos is the site of the first British gas attack in September 1915, but also where the Canadians took Hill 70 in 1917. At Vimy Ridge you can see the National Canadian Memorial to the Missing with its impressive visitor centre and the former tunnels and trenches of the Battle of Vimy Ridge (part of the 1917 Battle of Arras). In Arras itself you can visit the Wellington Caves Museum and the Faubourg - d'Amiens Cemetery with the Arras Memorial to the Missing.

  • Half day tour available. The standard half day tour itinerary includes visits to Fromelles, Aubers Ridge, Neuve-Chapelle and Loos. 
  • Full day tour available. The full day tour itinerary adds the sites of the Battle of Arras, with the National Canadian Memorial at Vimy Ridge, the French military cemetery of Notre Dame de Lorette and the Ring of Remembrance at Souchez, the Arras Memorial at the Faubourg-d'Amiens Cemetery and the Wellington Caves. 
  • Museums can be added to the tour. The well-known museums at Souchez, Arras and Bullecourt can be added to the itinerary (with a full day tour). 
  • Walking distances: short to moderate on mostly even terrain.
  • Entrance fees: depending on the itinerary, but most sites are free to visit.
